Every little boy dreams of bonding with their father. Camping, hunting trips, even spending time with him in the garage doing next to nothing. Sometimes that 'bonding' experience they crave? It comes from being too close to death. Humans have long thought themselves the Apex predator, but in this neck of the woods, they'll find out why they couldn't be more wrong.
All it takes is one mistake, and this delicate structure known as civilization comes slamming to the ground with a grinding halt. Everything is perfect one day, and the next you're watching friends and family degrade into mindless droning machines living for one purpose; to spread the infection. Everyone and everything you knew before this? It's gone. And soon, you will be too.
